This is latiguillo.
It is part of the podium series; a set of lamps made between 2020-2021. The idea behind podium is to explore the beauty of rough, ready-made industrial materials. The approach is always the same: take a naked element and exploit its potential; everything is dry-assembled with the minimum material transformations possible.
Here in latiguillo we take a flexible hose as the starting point. The 1/2’’- 1/2’’ bolts on each side of the flexible hose set the dimensions of the other elements assembled to it.
